“This airport is more akin to a mall than an airport, but that's not a bad thing. I used to love going here as a kid to look at the stores and get ice cream at their McDonald's. A few years ago I use this airport and discovered a wonderful Lush Cosmetics store. That alone gave this a 5 stars. My only real complaint is the distance to rental car services outside the airport. It's absolutely stunning during Christmas time.”

“Better than first class service here. Treated well by both the line crew and customer service in a large piston single. Crew car was clean and we filled it back up to return the favor of letting us go grab lunch. The restaurant in the terminal building is open, and they are inside the terminal building across from the restaurant. This is my new stop in the Dallas area. Super friendly and very transparent with the fees, and very efficient.”

“Clean and efficient. Not loving that TSA pre is shut down for now. Was told that it would be accommodated in regular line, but was not the case. Also it would be great if face masks would be enforced here. Airport employed staff are always pleasant and efficient. Bathrooms are almost always spotless. In pre and post pandemic times, it's a solid airport with a hometown vibe.”

“This airport is so modern, but small. I love it! Easy to find your flight! Very little people and no wait at all! Planes are bumpy and small but that has nothing to do with airport. I love it! Snacks are for sale, and you are guaranteed to never miss a flight. I normally use Detroit for flights but Windsor airport makes it so much easier and stress free to travel. Great prices too”

“Recently transited JBER Pax terminal 2 times. First, on an outbound flight for Yokota, and then on the return side from Yokota. Both times were FANTASTIC, even with minor setbacks from a maintenance issue. The whole set up, customer service and personnel at JBER are stellar. My kids really appreciated the strong WiFi, the kids area (they're teens and still had fun), and especially the Lunch Boxes we purchased for the flight . Passenger services on the return side were also very good. If you're lucky enough to be there during the sunrise, you may see the area like the first photo. All in all, we will gladly visit JBER Passenger Terminal again!”
