“Excellent customer service. My husband and I opened an account here to have a local place we can go to when needed. I took a star off because both times we have went in to the lobby to open an account, it took sooo long. I think they were trying to train someone both times so they had 2 people in the office and one was explaining what to do to the other. I have worked at 2 banks one was a family owned small bank and the other was with a large corporate bank. Training should be done before hand and not while the customer is signing up. It seriously took way longer than it should have. However they were very friendly and the drive thru has been efficient and quick. If I go in again for something like that and it doesn't take a long time I would be happy to update my review.”
