I left them and went to EECU as my whole family has used them for years since they were a Teachers Credit Union in Fort Worth. Today I went in and met with a man named Carlos M. Who provided the most EXCELLENT service and explained everything thoroughly and even answered all the questions I had. He even went through setting up online banking with me and showed me around the EECU application on my phone! After about 20 minutes I had a new debit and checking and savings set up! It was fast and super simple but most of all I know every time I go there I'll receive the most excellent service from the whole team.
