“I had previously written a very poor review of this location and contacted corporate to complain about various issues I had with the store. I'm happy to say that I now feel comfortable changing my review score, and review, to reflect the changes the store manager made to fix all that was wrong with it before. The store has done a complete 180 and I no longer have the issues I once did. They're all quite friendly (save for one gentleman who has resting ***** face) and very helpful. While there was some tension after my complaints to corporate, and I could tell that corporate did intervene, over time, they have let it go, as have I. I now recommend this store. They're like a completely new team, thanks to the changes made by the store manager.”

“I like Shell gas, this is one of the spots that I hit when Im passing through on the 10 near Morongo. When theres a lot of traffic both this location and the Chevron get really packed full of cars but when Im passing through I usually stop at Morongo for a bite and then stop here or the Chevron to gas up Never had any issues with pumps or anything”

“Since I live close by, I have frequented this branch quite often over the past 20+ years I’ve lived in the area. I’ve always found the ever changing staff to be uniformly very kind, friendly and accommodating to the fullest extent that a branch office of large bank of this kind can be. I’ve dealt with all points of contact, drive in and walk in tellers up through management level; the service and attitude of staff is exemplary. Being in the retail sector for my entire professional life, I’ve expeienced plenty of harrowing retail ‘service’ (or lack therof). I’ve never seen anyone treat others in any way other than with kindness , helpfulness and friendliness, I’m writing to offset what seem a few sketchy remarks that lack specifics that, once again I’ve never seen in over two decades of regular visits to PNC Mahwah branch.”

“I am so incredibly grateful for the store and location, I recently moved to the area and love that I don't have to drive all the way into town for any basic needs. Not only is this a quaint little market but it's rustic structure is welcoming and appealing. Loving fishing and having a new home means everything I need from awesome lures and gear to hardware for my new house projects. I stock up on energy drinks and ice cream, grab that French bread I forgot to go with dinner and head out the door after a friendly encounter at the counter. I love the people and service, it's my regular go to🙂”
