The location is very convenient since it it only a 5 minute walk away from the grocery store and has many restaurants near by to choose from if there's no time to cook. The environment and facilities are clean and the many trees and vegetation around the complex give it a peaceful, relaxing vibe. Most importantly, the staff are very kind and responsive. They are accommodating and will work with you to resolve any questions or concerns you may have. Would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone who is looking for a place to live.”

I have bought a lot of cars over the years, but THIS experience was the easiest and the best one I've ever been through due to such a wonderful and diligent loan officer! Catherine's attention to detail was perfect - she noticed things in the deal (sent over by the dealership) that I would have never caught, and she worked with both me and the dealership to make sure that ALL numbers were consistent, correct, and fair. As I live out of town, she conducted all business with me over the phone, through the internet, and through e-mail, and ALL of her paperwork was flawless. She was quick (if she told me I had a form to e-sign, it was already in my email before I could even open it up). The loan was approved within minutes, and as soon as I found the vehicle I wanted, the loan was processed and closed in less than an afternoon. This is the way that business should be run, and Catherine has definitely turned me into a First Flight customer. It is very difficult in this day and time to find customer service with such attention to detail, but Catherine definitely brought that quality to the table.
