She followed through and up with me on every step of the procedures that had to be completed on my end and on hers until everything was resolved in a satisfactory way. In the future, when dealing with the Lafayette Credit Union , I would prefer to deal directly and exclusively with Ms. Alda. As opposed to many employees ( particularly those in call centers), she knows her stuff and is able to provide answers and solutions to the customer’s questions and concerns.”

I stopped there just the other day and I'm happy to say that the store looked great. Much credit is deserved by the person cleaning it for I believe it is the cleanest convenience store I've ever visited and for that reason alone I believe I will be returning to do business there.
