“Old school bagel shop where they make them on site! Great variety and the quality is the best. Real northeast bagels that others wish they had. The facility is near and clean, there is a cool window where you can watch the action in the kitchen. They have a decent breakfast menu including muffins etc but they do close down the grill around lunchtime. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We go here whenever we can!”

“Found this hole in the wall mom and pop shop and it was decent. Got the tostilocos which disappointing because they put pickled pork strips in it and I had no idea because it wasn’t in the picture posted and I don’t eat pork. Also got the Sandia Loca which was packed with a variety of fruits, peanuts, and tamarind bits covered in chamoy sauce. I purchased some conchas and was disappointed at how stale and hard they were, definitely tasted like they were a few days old. The elote in a cup was perfect. Had the right amount of mayonnaise, lime juice, tajin and cheese. I will definitely go back for the fruit bowls and the elote. Customer service was great and staffs were friendly.”

“I am a little bias since I do work at the place. I will say I eat there EVERYDAY, so that should tell you something. I noticed a lot of people saying that it was closed. We open at 5am and start cooking 1-3am depending on the day. When we sell out, we close for the day. I do recommend not waiting until 12-1pm to come get donuts. We are very limited at that time.”

“I believe this is a relative of one of the battalion chiefs I work with. My coworker and I decided to visit this bakery to investigate their selection. Because we were going shopping we could not buy refrigerated goods but the cookies we bought were fantastic. I highly suggest the amaretto cookies with marzipan in the middle, the chocolate chip cookies and the lemon drop cookies. All of them were exceptional perfectly baked not overdone with the correct amount of flavor. A must see place in South Florida.”

“The Bourke street bakery is replacing PICCOLO cafe (the Piccolo sign is still up the wall). They have another Bourke street bakery on 28th street. Originally from Sidney, Australia, this is a charming bakery with gourmet coffee, bread and pastries. It reminds me more of a danish place than a French one, but great nonetheless. The sourdough and baguette are great. So are the croissants and sausage rolls. Nice Ambiance, the decor is simple and rustic, which gives it an additional charm. The staff is very nice.”
