“Amazing bakery! The best I tasted in long time. I was driving to NYC and a friend recommended I stop by and try it. Food is very delicious here and all fresh. Meat pie with pomegranate sauce is really a great thing to try. Also, try out the cheese and Labneh pie. I ended up stopping by in my way back and got a big order and frozen it. You can just warm up the oven at home and put the froze pies for 5-7 minutes and it will be fresh again.”

“Thanks Cascon for a wonderful wedding cake!! They are contracted with Terrace on the Park venue and provided us with a small variety of cake and filling options as well as cake design options. (since it is a contract with a venue, that is probably why we had limited cake options to choose from, which is fine. I believe we could have paid extra for more options). We picked a very simple cake design that incorporated our wedding colors, navy blue and burgundy red. They were very easy to work with and cake tasting was very quick. After we picked our cake, it was all taken care of from there. Cascon got in touch with Terrace and scheduled delivery on our wedding day. I didn't have to worry about a thing! On our wedding day, the cake was there! After our tasting, we also bought some mini cheesecakes and other pastries. They were pretty good! Definitely recommend Cascon!”

“I went in with a "buy 3, get 3 free" from HEB. I picked 3 different kolaches I wanted to try and got a second of each...total 6. These ranged in price from $2 -$3.50. When I got the bill it did not take 1/2 off. I asked about that and the clerk said it takes the lowest 3 off.. It did not say anything on the coupon to that effect so I was upset as she had already run my cc. She said it would take 10 minutes to correct and I could take just a seat. Well, GRRR! I then just asked her to void the sale altogether and return my coupn. After a few minutes the manager asked me to come over to another register. I explained the situation and she said I could have a refund, have it adjusted or better, she said she'd rather me have the kolaches, than not. So she filled my order and offered me some free kolaches of my choice. It seemed more than fair to me so I thanked her and told her we were regulars...but only after she (Connie) filled a box of yummies for me. This is the first and only time I've had a bad experience and was ready to steam up and they totally did the first rate customer service thing to do. I would have to say that they are totally customer centric. Nobody should lose a customer over a $2 (retail) item and if you just talk to them, they will probably make it right and then some.”
