“The first time I ever tried ET cakes, was actually at a bridal show. We were having a variety of desserts with many different flavors at our wedding, so I wanted a vanilla rum cake. I went to a few bridal shows and tried a few vendors. I kept saying "they're ok, but they don't have that WOW factor".. As soon as we tried ET's vanilla rum, WE WERE IN HEAVEN. Perfectly moist, and delicious. All that was left to do was set up an appointment with them, and make it happen. The process was really simple, even though I was a complicated bride. Rosie was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what I wanted (as picky as I am). Our gorgeous cake was an absolute hit at our Winter Wonderland wedding. Thank you ET cakes for such a lovely job.”

The inside feels like a home dining room / family room, decorated accordingly. Order at the counter. Seat yourself. Sandwiches, salads, soups, and desserts are all fantastic. Their Banana Cream Pie or Apple Pie à la Mode (pie served with ice cream) is out of this world. Their whipped cream is homemade, fluffy, and light, as it should be. I highly recommend.”
