“It was 15:30hrs and I was on a mission from God to obtain the last loaf of sourdough bread. Only one little older woman in line ahead of me, struggling with the credit card reader while propounding the virtues of the cashier's highschool teachers. The cashier could not have been nicer! She acknowledged each of the woman's comments with a smile and the appropriate response even after explaining that she was graduating from University. She handled my request with equal efficiency, patience and courtesy even though I had forgotten my Panera card. In nearly record time I was back on the road with my prize secured.”

Their bacon egg and cheese roll, chocolate chip scone and cinnamon buns are AMAZING! We wanted to buy everything. Her customer service was great and she seems like such a lovely person. We have made three trips to this shop since they opened and every time, the owner hooks up my kiddos with free drinks or extra donuts. Today I signed the receipt and added a tip, and she pours me a cup of free coffee. Yes, the donuts are made off site and yes, I can still smell the remnants of Nick & Willie's Pizza. Do not care. Owner is sweet, donuts are solid. Kids are happy!”

The one on kirkman will give you a cup of milk with a light coffee color to it and it's disgusting even when you order extra espresso.
