I also tried a gluten-free and vegan breakfast bar, which was surprisingly light and fluffy as allergen-free baking often presents consistency challenges. But this was a job well done. Pork Roll ( plenty of it ), Egg ( fresh ), and Cheese ( creamy when melted )on Texas Toast ( my choice ), and a Cheese Danish ( soft and delicious + more icing was added because owner couldn't see any! ) Staff and owner were warm and friendly!
