When I walked into Navy Federal, I was greeted kindly by a young lady and then told to wait in line for the next available teller, as it was very busy. After about a 10 minute wait, I was greeted by Jackie, who gave me a big smile and who seemed to like her job. The transaction was very courteous, smooth and professional, and at the end when I said THANK YOU to Jackie, I was then given a response of " no, thank you,.it was my pleasure"..
