“Had read the dismal reviews and was hesitant to go to this branch to conduct some mundane account business. But because of its proximity to my home I decided to drop in. My experience was a pleasant one....checked in upon entering and waited no more than 2-3 minutes before a young man introduced himself and asked me into his office to discuss my needs. Of course I can't recall his name.......but he was polite, knowledgeable, and attentive. He easily took care of the issues that I needed addressed and, with that, I was on my way. I'm sure that the negative reviews that have been posted were posted for good reason. I simply wanted to share a positive experience for the branch.....”

Very friendly unlike her previous bank. Our 17 year had a problem and the other bank argued with her instead of solving her problem. “This comes From G. Fox another member here at Gen Fed. I have banked there since around 1996, have had 2 home loans and 3 car loans and I never had any trouble getting the loans. I just had some checks stolen from a Mail box at the Post Office, someone got into the box and one of my checks was rewritten and cashed. It took me 2 weeks to get it figured out and Gen Fed instantly closed my account, got me new checks and redeposited the money back into my account. What better service can you get than this? Anyway, I was looking for a local CU as mine is only in Cali, to make deposits etc so I tried a larger one, inside one of the "superstores" hoping for it to be a sister location. Made the mistake of using their ATM for deposit and it was put on hold til they verified "my" account. Well that was a nightmare. I wasnt even able to deposit a cashiers check into my account. Called my CU and lo and behold Pinal is a sister CU for us and within walking distance of my house. The young ladies that were working were absolutely the best. Friendly, efficient and very welcoming. Yes, I believe we have found our AZ credit union..”
