The phone call alone says alot. Very informative and seeked information about the issue to resolve the problem. She determined that the listed number was not the correct one to call and is the process of making corrections. The phone call out of the blue meant alot!!!”

At Times The Speed Of Service Was In The Tank, But This Branch Is Very Small, And Easily Has Half The Staff That The Pleasant Hills Branch Does. So Slow Speed Of Service Is To Be Expected At Times. I Would Have Stayed With Key Bank in Light Of My Bad Experiences At The Pleasant Hills Branch, But This Location Was Simply Not As Easy To Get To As The Pleasant Hills Branch. Overall I Would Highly Recommend This Location! I Also Would Suggest That You See Brian R. For A New Account, Investments, Or Other Financial Related Accounts!
