The entire staff Kimmie, Hector, the branch manager Ted, the tellers Karen and the new girl Cindy as well as the guy and the other girl are excellent! They all know my name when I go inside the therebranch. They help me with whatever I need weather it be money orders cashier's checks not just my deposit. They are a great team. The reviews for TIAA were impressive, so I drove over to this location on a Wednesday 8/12, not having opened a new bank account in approximately 20 years, it didn't occur to me with Covid that I needed an appt. I called and Christine Bush answered the phone - it was near lunch time. I explained I wanted to open an account but didn't realize I needed an appointment. She did not even hesitate to immediately book an appointment for that exact time, she let the guard know I would be walking in and the whole process was incredibly professional. Christine is a true gem of a banker and was so very helpful. If you are looking for a financial institution that you can trust and 5-star treatment - then this is the locations/institution for you!”

I would love to ask Truist security to check the video tape last Friday 10/7 when a male worker visibly was trying to threaten me physically and only if the Great Fanny Regalado saved the day! The male banker held me in office for over 15 minutes with never touching the computer but telling me that check in my account could not be accessed for 10 days! Without looking! Then looking at cameras at 10:25 am 10/7! Look at security cameras!! Thanks to the professionalism of Fanny her male employee counterpart did not hurt me!! One person through the door and the second door will not open until the first one closes. A bit frustrating at first however security is not designed for convenience.”
