“This is an update to a previous negative post I made concerning Citizens Bank. If it's important to comment when things go wrong, it's just as important to comment when things go right. The bank's branch manager contacted me today to clarify an issue I had with the bank. I cannot say how much I appreciated her responsiveness, concern and professionalism. Citizens may be smaller in size than some larger competitors, but it has proven to me that it places a singular focus on its customers, even ones with small accounts like me. That is something rare these days but not, thankfully, at Citizens. This bank values the individual customer!”
