I have also been in the food business for over 30 years, and I understand the challenges that every business is currently facing during this pandemic. Most of the challenges have been there prior to the pandemic but we never had an excuse like today. Not enough staff, expenses increasing, the demand for the product fluctuates daily, food waste and lastly the stress of the owner to put the time and effort into the business. We may be the owners of a business on paper, but the true owners are our customers. Our customer’s needs will dictate our hours of operation and level of customer service that is expected in every business. Telling customers the hours are posted and to call ahead for order sizes that are not that large is unrealistic. Being curt to customers is not new due to the pandemic. Being curt is part of this businesses DNA. Your customers are looking for more than 3 days of operations, your customers are looking for nice and friendly service and a great product which you already have. If you can’t provide this, then consider an exit strategy to let someone else run this business like the community expects.”

“Brought my Mom and her friend here for Mother's Day weekend. I was excited when I saw that they serve Adagio teas! We had a pot of Earl Grey and another of Vanilla Rooibos, with freshly made cheesecake and strawberry cobbler, and sat and enjoyed ourselves for a good long while. So I ordered their kumquat winter melon tea which tasted so refreshing. The tea had that citrusy taste, and followed behind it the wintermelon. So tasty. My friend ordered the crème brûlée Thai tea. It was really good like perfect amount of sweetness gave it an interesting flavor. Very smooth and buttery like. My partner ordered their signature rose tea jasmine green tea latte whom he said was really good. The aroma was very relaxing according to what he said. The bunny don’t get me started about their signature dessert. It’s basically agar agar with sea salt crème foam with strawberry honestly I was like oh chocolate but it’s really refereshing everything together tasted really good perfect balance of sweet and salty. I couldn’t help but giggle to see the bunny quivering as if it was shivering. Their pancakes are so fluffy. Nice buttery and smooth. If you decide to stop by this amazing cafe please do their super friendly, and patient. Super amazing staff. This place is so clean as well. Highly recommend this cafe.
