“I was in Winston-Salem for the day this past Saturday, about to head back to Raleigh, when something on the bottom of my car starts scraping the ground. I called around to try to find an open mechanic to take a look. When I spoke to Frank's Garage to try to explain the situation, they said to just bring it by real quick. I pulled up, he told me and my mom to wait in the office, 5 min later he came back and said it was all handled (he just had to remove a cosmetic piece of plastic the manufacturer puts on). I asked how much I owed him, he said he wasn't going to charge me!! Obviously, don't take your car there if you EXPECT free service. But I just feel that was indicative of the way this man run's his business- with integrity and honesty. He's not just going to charge you because he can, like a lot of mechanics do.”

“Purchased a 2003 Toyota Matrix on a rebuilt title from SAS a little over 4 months ago. I've run into a few issues here and there with the car, but nothing I can really lay at the seller's feet. Only issue I had with the crew was important documentation (sales related) wasn't processed when I went to register the car. There was also a delay in receiving the title, but a number of factor's beyond SAS's control probably contributed to that. Overall, the guys seem fairly reliable and trustworthy. I'll go to them again.”
