“Timely reliable response to my needs, no hard sell of upgrades or unnecessary insurance, drove me home after return. Worked well with my insurance company. Tip: most rentals in Denver by out of towners are for highway driving, which puts less wear on the fundamental parts. So when they retire a car at 40,000 miles, my mechanic says it's the equivalent of a car that's been driven just in the city 20,000 miles. So I bought my current Corolla used from their sales lot North of Denver and it's been terrific for 4 years so far, needing nothing but routine maintenance and an airbag replacement covered by a Toyota recall.”

I have been renting from this location for the last few months on the weekends for traveling to football games and I get great customer service each and every time. Jonathan and Chris are very helpful and friendly to the point they make you feel like a well appreciated customer. They always great me by name when I come in, ask how was the service, how my son's football game went and I've even gotten a call once during the time I had a vehicle asking how things were going. The other staff at this location during the last few months were great also I just can't remember their names right off the top of my head. The biggest plus is every now and then I was given a free upgrade into some really nice vehicles just this past weekend a very nice Cadillac truck. It was great because not only was it for travel for football it was my Birthday weekend so I rode in style with a smile on my face. 5 stars for this location ????”

“This location always has the lowest rate in the area. AVOID RENTING AT THE AIRPORT. Have been renting with Hertz for a long time and happy with their service. I had a reservation of minivan at this place. They got the car ready earlier than I expected. By the time I arrived here, everything was ready to go. Can’t remember his name, but the asian guy was really friendly. Just needed to show my ID, and they gave me a walkthrough about the car. The car was sparkling clean and it’s very new (Only had 2000 miles)! Would definitely be renting here again if I’m in the area next time. Fyi, I have the President’s Circle status with Hertz.”
