She wanted a smaller vehicle & asked if she could switch for my compact. The agent came over to ask if I wanted a free upgrade. NO problem!!!! I appreciate the service and always rate “extremely satisfied.” Once, at another rental agency, the vehicle I reserved was not available and they wanted to upgrade for a significant difference. I declined and had to wait an hour for the vehicle I had reserved. Only Enterprise car rental from now on!!!! Thank you!”

When I asked what kind of cars were available so I can have an estimate the man said he couldn't tell me until I got there! His lobby was full and he would call me... Well its been two weeks and I am not waiting for his call ???? I called HB enterprise and Emily who answered the call was very courteous and professional. Her attitude made us feel welcome and we visited their office. Mat and Josh at the counter were so friendly and helpful and showed us to the car we were renting.
