Most recently I had an issue with a battery that died under warranty, together with an airbag warning light that appeared after I had to jump start it. Because the battery was under warranty, they replaced it for free (or as Alex more appropriately said, "no charge" 😛), and cleared the airbag code after investigating that it was no longer active. I know that I got lucky with the battery being under warranty and there are types of problems that can't be fixed for free, but this is outstanding honest service that really inspires loyalty.
