“I have been a loyal customer of Ott's Collision since I first learned to drive (although some, including those who have to repair my poor, abused vehicles, would say I still have a ways to go in "learning how to drive"). 37 years later, I still receive the same consistent great service, practical counsel, patient therapeutic ear, and reasonable fees. With Ott's, I have always gotten what I've paid for. They do not suggest unnecessary repairs nor do they sugar-coat problematic areas. Over 30 years ago, Roger warned me (when I was driving more rust than metal) that he'd confiscate my truck if he caught me taking my bucket of bolts over any bumps or railroad tracks. He also held his tongue when he found stalks of corn jammed up in the undercarriage of my Dad's Ford Granada when I was 16. Like those stalks of 🌽, it would be next to impossible to dislodge me from frequenting Ott's Collision for my vehicles maintenance and repair.”
