“Iv bought some odds and ends from them over the years. Tuner, exhaust, ignition etc. always had the parts in a timely manner. Just the way a business should be, nothing spectacular about them until recently. I bought a new step up seat for my sportster to replace my old saddlemen. Went with a drag predator 3. Had it in two days, The pan ended up ripping on the first ride even after following the instructions. Contacted drag and they sent me back to the dealer. Dennis Kirk responded within an hour of the email I sent and let me know the warranty department would return my email within a day or so. Less than a hour later I was offered a refund or replacement. They let me have another seat since I didn’t want to try the drag again they even price matched the difference after I offered to pay the difference anyway. Had the new lepera seat in two days and it fits much better and is much better quality. I’ll be coming here before anywhere else from now on. Thanks for the stellar business practices.”

“We met Drew & Jen of Mission RV Services the summer of 2021. While working on a roof of an Rv on the site next to us they noticed that our roof on our Jayflight G2 33RLDS needed attention desperately. Upon completion of our neighbors project I was shown that my roof needed cleaning & conditioning and sealer out down around roof vents. This was all done in one day and after comparing prices with other nearby companies I still believe that we were undercharged. Drew also removed our cover and cleaned our AC unit removing a birds nest in the process! Since then we have had our slideout seals replaced, AC cleaned again, a new digital thermostat installed, had our camper washed, and Drew even told me how to fix my gas golf cart.(new carb) Numerous friends have also hired them to for instance, pre purchase camper inspection, repair & replace coils on frig, furnace & AC work and even the removal of a microwave & installation of a convection oven. I've even know of them to attempt to have the customer try a couple of easy fixes (fuses) before responding themselves. They even make do it yourself videos showing you how to do it yourself. Simply, Mission RV Services takes pride in their work, they are very knowledgeable and understand that your camper is your home! If you care about your home, then there's only one choice!”
