“We were on vacation and visiting family. Our rental car had an indicator light regarding a tire problem. We went to this location of Jack Furrier Tire and Auto. They looked over the car carefully and quickly diagnosed the issue. A huge nail was removed from the rear right tire. They didn’t charge us anything! We waited a short while for the car and were on our way. Incredibly understanding, friendly and kind about our situation. There is another gas station right next door, I usually go to whichever is cheaper at the time, or depending where I am heading, many times I choose this one, if the other is too busy. “Excellent help in diagnosing my car. I gave them the code from O'Reilly today and he helped me have an idea of what could be wrong right over the phone. He was so kind and helpful and honest. Ford didn't give me any info and acted stuck up over the phone and wanted to charge a outrageous amount to have it looked at. I will be taking it in next week to get it looked at roadrunner .
