That can't be said of alot of other shops. The premises are clean, and it just seems like a busy, well run shop. I waited a week to get my appointment time which is not an issue with me. One of the employees who worked on my truck took the time to explain voluntarily what all was involved with my repair and proactively replaced an incorrect hose type used in a pinch which I had forgotten about... We were talking to some folks we met and they recommended Urban Tint Company. Since we were so close to their shop we stopped by and they were extremely accommodating. They knew that we were only in town for a short time and they managed to fit us into their schedule the same day. We couldn’t be happier with the results. The interior of the car stays cooler when parked in the sun and we no longer need the windshield shade. Robert & Chris were very friendly and easy to deal with. After asking a few questions they explained the different options to us. After 7 months, we have not seen any issues to speak of with the tint. If you need window tinting or any of the other services they provide, we can’t recommend them highly enough.”
