“I came here for a low tire and had to buy a new one as the nail was too close to the sidewall. The prices are usually very high and they only carry 1 type of tire in stock for me. The service is good but they never dry the cars completely after barely washing them. I guess it's hard to complain since it is a complimentary service which makes sense for what you end up paying. Also the tire sale ended in October and they didn't have for November which is unusual as tires should be starting to sell alot more now for winter months. Perhaps making you pay more is their price strategy.”

When you're traveling from Oxford Alabama there's nobody cable of fixing my issue with my 6.5L diesel. I began to search my resources came across the engine builder who helped my with my issue. “I really liked my service tech Zach who came to my car and greeted me, he was real professional and helpful. He handled me with care and had respect for my time. This was my first visit to White Allen as I had just moved to Ohio from AZ a month ago and had been taking my car to a dealership in Gilbert AZ. The way Zach dealt with me gave me a really good impression of White Allen and made me feel that they value their customers. Zach gave me a lot of information about my options the next time I bring my car in for service. There were some issues with the Tech in my car that Zach fixed for me and walked me through how to fix it the next time should I have the problem again. I also want to mention Shane who I had a conversation with and who is also very nice and professional. When I return to White Allen I only want to deal with Zach or Shane.”
