They emailed us right away to let us know that is was. The communication from that point on was constant. We told them what we had to trade and the deal was all done through email. They gave us what we asked for. When we got to the dealership to pick up the Tucson we were treated very well. They had the Tucson ready for us. The whole transaction was wonderful, they were so nice. They didn't pull any fast ones on us nor did they push any extra warranties. They also didn't mark the car up. Everyone was so friendly and very attentive. We were in and out under an hour. The next day I had am email from the sales manager and the general manager to make sure the transaction was smooth and that we were treated well. They also told us if there was anything that we needed to let them know! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!! You won't be disappointed.”
