“I have been going to my dealership getting service on my 2019 Jeep Cherokee. I trusted my dealership so when they told me I needed brakes/rotors at 30,000 miles I did it for a cost of 1300. Low and behold two months ago, they claim I needed back brakes/rotors at 58,000 miles, so there goes another 700.00. I went for a oil change last week and I had a appointment today for front brakes/rotors that they claim I needed. Luckily for me, my Son In Law referred me to Billy. And guess what folks, there is absolutely nothing wrong with my brakes and rotors. Going to Billy put my mind at ease 😌 and he and staff took good care of me. I ended up getting tires which I know I needed. From now on, all work not under warranty I will go to Billy. Screw the dealership, seriously”

The Gentlemen who teamed up on my vehicle also gave things a good look over. This is a 24 year old vehicle, and it does need some work. The Technicians also recommended some work I already knew would need to be done as well as something I was not aware of. They replaced some lug studs as well and were nice enough to do it with no charge, they really seemed to want to make sure I was happy I chose them to do the work.
