“This company saved me needless expense. I had recently had the broken right-hand mirror module on my Honda replaced with a new one, and the remote adjuster stopped working shortly after the repair. The shop owner said i needed a new switch. When he said he would have to send someone to pick up the switch remotely, I volunteered to go myself, since I had an errand in Sacramento the next day. I called Rancho from Sacramento and spoke to Richard. When i told him the left-hand adjuster worked, he said the switch, which was a toggle, wasn't the problem. He said the wire had probably come loose wire inside the door. When the shop owner insisted it was the switch, I got a neighbor to look at it. The wire had indeed come completely out of the connection, and was hanging loose. It was an 80+ mile trip, but totally worth it! Net cost: beer and pizza with the neighbor. The gas cost was offset by saving 35 bucks for an unnecessary part.”

“After about 20 years of use, our driveway was starting to look pretty sad (cracks, crumbles, water drainage issues, etc.). I turned to Robert Metcalf for a solution and he delivered spectacularly putting three concrete pads that now direct water away from the house and a wonderful wide sidewalk to the front door. Also, I also had Robert install a gravel pad next to the house that takes all the water draining into that area and diverts it to a holding pond where it was supposed to be going in the first place. His prices are competitive and fair and the quality of his work is unsurpassed. My only complaint is that he wouldn't let me play with his excavator. We will definitely turn to him again when we have a need that he can fill.”

“BOY! Did I get lucky!!! Just by shear luck, my travel trailer components starting breaking down while visiting Jackson Lake in Colorado. Furnace went out with 45° temps outside and water pump began running all night and never building enough pressure to disengage. I did the usual Google search and found Nathan’s was the nearest and had OUTSTANDING reviews on Google. Not only did he show up to fix the furnace, we quickly discovered multiple issues with water damaged controllers. Nathan came out 3-times to take care of the problem and educated me throughout the whole process about my newly purchased TT. While we waited for the new control panel to arrive, Nathan loaned us a thermostat so we could still run our furnace at night and AC during the day. What a lifesaver! Nathan’s has impressed me so much, I am driving back out here in 2-weeks to have him remove the outdoor kitchen and rear bunks to make room for my home office. His prices and professional services are beyond compare. I live in Houston, TX and can honestly say I would drive back to Nathan’s for all of my repairs. If you are within 300-miles of Weldona, CO you NEED to let Nathan service all of your RV repairs and remodels! Schedule with him and then drive out to Lake Jackson State Park to stay for a couple of nights while your RV repairs are completed. You won’t meet a more friendly and honest person than Nathan. If things had to go wrong with a newly purchased 2018 TT, I’m grateful it happened here.”

“Took my Monte Carlo to Dave’s Hot Rod Garage for a complete frame off resto-mod. The car was taken down to bare shell. Dave and his crew understood my vision for this project and how much this project meant to me. In such a large project, challenges come up and this team was able to tackle with no problem. They also came up with some creative suggestions, which I really appreciated. There is a lot to consider when doing a full frame off restoration/resto-mod. Dave and his team were focused on every detail, regardless how large or small the detail. The project included restoring the chassis, boxing the frame, LS3 + 4L70e swap, Vintage Air, suspension, all new wiring, exhaust, and so much more. My project was completed in November of 2019. Having the car for year now since completion, it has been an absolute DREAM driving the car. I find myself grinning ear to ear when cruising around in it. Dave and his team are very passionate about their work. They enjoy what they do and results show. It has been a pleasure having Dave and his team work on this project. They are honest people and are very fair/reasonable. They have a wealth of knowledge and often went above and beyond. For example, coming over on a Saturday to help load up the car (shell) on a trailer so I could transport the car back to their shop. I swear, they were just as invested in this project as I was! “I was completely spoiled by the amazing service I received here!! I originally called due to some issues with my generator. Late at night my generator wouldn't start and I was unable to charge my house batteries. In the morning, I started calling looking for assistance. RV Solutions was the only place to answer. I was told that they would be able to send Bryce to come look at it. Bryce arrived and was very professional and knowledgeable. He did everything he could to get the generator running but it was throwing some type of code. He assisted to getting my class C plugged into an external plug for the house (which I hadn't done before) and told me to call back to the shop to schedule a day to remove the generator so they could fix and then re-install it. Before leaving he even killed a giant wasp after I screamed and backward ran across the driveway into him. When I called to schedule the appointment, they completely worked to accommodate my schedule. The day of, my engine wouldn't start. I tried to jump start it but was not successful. I called the shop to tell them I would be late and ask for any suggestions on what to do. I got to talk to Bryce and he told me what kind of jump box I needed and what size jumper cables I needed. Once I picked them up, I was able to start the engine and head to the shop. I work overnights and was at the shop during my typical naptime. They were very accommodating to allow me to sleep in my rig while the generator was removed. They even took a look at my battery with the issues I had that morning. I'm not sure how long the removal took but when I arrived I told Teia what time I would sleep until and it was done by the time I woke up. When I returned for my scheduled appointment to reinstalled my generator, we discovered roof damage. When I was being directed to drive in reverse (where I was staying in Covington not at RV Solutions), a basketball hoop scrapped my roof. From the side, it looked like minor damage but once Caleb was up on my roof, it was obvious that this was a big deal. With rain predicted that weekend and me being a full-time turtle, RV Solutions knew it would cause more damage for me to be out in the open, so they allowed me to mooch dock where my roof would be covered and I was hooked up so that I could enjoy air conditioning in the humid Louisiana air. Getting approval from my insurance took longer than expected but I NEVER felt like I was unwelcomed here. Everyday, they were happy to give me rides to the gym and insisted on picking me up. It didn't matter if I wanted to get ice cream after a workout or needed to go to Office Depot to print, they were happy to help me. Late one night while I was there, I heard a noise. I text Teia and within less than 10mins, Bryce was there to walk the lot, ensuring all doors were locked and that I was safe. Once we had the approval from insurance and I had a proposed date that I needed to leave, they rush to get my roof completed so I could get to KY on time. Teia even followed me on Waze to ensure I arrived safely. I have never heard of a service place providing NEARLY the level of customer service that RV Solutions did for me and they have definitely set a high standard for any place I visit in the future.”
