I had quite a few vehicle-related questions and the guy from the parts department helped me to address every single one of them! Now, most folks would say that's what their job is, so why the praise? Well, considering how busy they are, this gentleman took the time out to come with me to my vehicle, listen to all of my questions, help me to assess what's really happening, and determine if replacement was necessary. He didn't have to do that, so I'm really grateful. I'm going to have to go back and find out this guy's name so I can give him his props in this review. LOL. The service department was awesome, too! Greeted me with smiles and a handshake and made sure the work was going to be performed as efficiently and quick as possible. My time was absolutely valued. Even the technician Ruben came out to greet me and let me know that although he had one car he was finishing and it was nearing lunch time he was going to get my car done for me before then. Although I told him it’s okay to take his lunch and I understand he went above and beyond and made sure I had my vehicle before then. The facility was clean and I really enjoyed the coffee machine in the waiting area even the couches there were really nice and comfortable. I was barely finishing my coffee when Ace came to personally let me know the car was ready. I will 100% make stoneridge my go to dealership for service now.”
