“On our way to a camping trip in Needles, our alternator gave out on us. We quickly looked for the nearest auto shop and after calling around at about 5 places, quality auto quoted us a fair price and their friendly can-do attitude won us over. Bear in mind it was Friday evening at 4 pm when we took the car in and the team quickly jumped on the task of replacing the alternator in a timely manner to get us on our way when everyone else told us we would have to leave it in the shop overnight. They got us back on the road in less than 1.5 hours and my v8 4Runner definitely called for at least 2.5 to 3 hours to complete. My family and I are forever indebted to Oscar and the team for their stellar service and professionalism. You guys deserve all the praise!”

“BEST SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I was banking across the street from this auto shop. Came out to my car after I was done banking and when I went to leave my car would not come out of gear. Not being from the area I was not really sure what to do but then remembered seeing their shop across the street. So I called them and explained my situation to Casey and he offered to walk over to the bank to see if he could help me. After looking at my car he said it was my shifter cable. He would have to have my car towed to his shop and would get it fixed for me the next day. Not knowing the area or his place of business I was reluctant to just hand over my keys but he assured me i was in good hands and that he would take care of my car.
