“I am so grateful for Jason and his team at Cottman Transmission. I was referred by another location and had my car towed here. It wasn't the plan that day when I tried to take a spontaneous vacation!!!! Nope... but I'm so glad he was so kind from the moment he answered the call. It was a Friday and they were closing soon... yet I was able to get it towed in time. (They do have a key drop). So they gave a quote on Monday I paid in full and that's when the magic happened!!!! They replaced my transmission with a new one but it wasn't acting right codes and such. Jason wasted no time to get the issue fixed... still not to his liking he ordered a new one AGAIN... and BOOM. I'm back on the road sailing. It may have took a few weeks(or more lol) which is NOT THEIR NORM... but I felt safe knowing they were making sure EVERYTHING was working right. They even found issues with my mounts and fixed those too. I love that this place offers a fast turn around and multiple options to fixing your transmission. I feel safe knowing I can hit the road with a new Transmission and a warranty (A damn good one at that!!!) To all those guys who worked on my car I appreciate you for keeping me safe. Thanks for all the suggestions too! I was able to fix even more issues. Lol 😆 🤣 so to the folks wondering if rebuilding or getting a new transmission is worth it...
