“I really like this place... it's nice to have a clean car. I am on one of the unlimited plans, which works out great. One caution... take note of your renewal date... any changes you want to make need to be done a few days before! Otherwise, you may have an issue. All changes to the type of plan take effect immediately. Also, I think they should warn you when you pull in behind a detailing customer... this was my case yesterday... it took them 15 minutes at the very first station to wash down this vehicle. At a minimum, they could have bumped up the wash level for making us wait.”

Called a lot and got no response but when I went in the manager explained how they’ve been short staffed and it’s difficult to be able to manage everything but once they explained everything I can tell their doing their best to provide quality service and be as helpful as possible. Very helpful guy and knowledgable. With such short staffing the wait can sometimes take awhile but it’s followed by the peace of mind that things are going to be done right. And reassurance that once the shop is fully staffed again the regular business hours will return! A little understanding goes a long way! “I've been going to this car repair shop for about five years now, and I would never go anywhere else! Jean-Claude is a very reputable, incredibly honest, and outstanding mechanic. Anytime I need anything done here, he is honest and tells me exactly what I need to be done, and never tries to upsell me on other things that are not necessary to be done on my car. They are normally able to get me in in a timely fashion, and I was very satisfied with the amount of time I had to wait to have my car fixed. Their customer service is amazing, their waiting room is comfortable, and they now even have a little smoke shop inside, so I was able to pick up my favorite cigarettes while I was waiting. Curtis at the front desk is also amazing! He is very kind, courteous, and carries a nice conversation while you wait. Thank you so much guys! You are absolutely amazing!”

“After much research and receiving multiple estimates we ended up going with Jerry at Quick Tint & Auto Glass, which was hands down the best decision by far. He met us at our residence for the estimate, took his time and answered all of our questions. We had some concerns about the sun reflecting onto areas of artificial turf we had recently installed, which could cause damage and even melt the turf. He provided a high quality film which would prevent this from happening, we have not had any issues since he installation. Jerry is very personable, honest, and was a pleasure doing business with. He has a strong attention to detail and and takes pride in his work, the results of the install definitely reflect this. His prices were extremely fair and competitive, we decided to tint every window in our house including our sliding glass doors, not just the windows we had concerns with for the turf. The 1st pic below shows the Tint on the lower windows with the top without, such a huge difference. I even decided to have Jerry do the tinting on my car, which turned out great. I’m extremely happy and satisfied with the results and glad we had all of this done, just in time for the warmer summers months coming soon. Anyone needing high quality, professional window tinting. “I just bought a new but "open box" Honda lawn mower from a local seller. Everything worked except for the throttle shifter that was broken off. I ordered a replacement part but when it arrived I realized this was going to be too complicated for me. I can be handy with hand tools but being a nerd, messing with small engines is out of my league so I called Simply Grace and dropped off my mower. Simply Grace is open from 6pm-10pm so it was really convenient since I work days and am usually busy. I was able to drop it by on the same day I called to inquire about the repair. It was late so I just left it with Glen. I was able to pick it up a few days after with the throttle control fixed. Glen will fix just about anything small engine related and I definitely recommend Simply Grace.”

“A line blew out and my little 1997 Ford Ranger was pouring out power steering fluid. I luckily was able to get it to Hay's. They were busy but were able to take the time to evaluate my truck and show me exactly what was wrong. They explained in detail what needed to be repaired as well as what they might find, or what could happen during the repair and gave me the "worst case scenario" estimate. They called me the next day, had my truck repaired and were able to save two parts they thought perhaps would have to be replaced, so my cost was far less than I expected and my truck was ready to go. It's running perfectly again now. The main thing I appreciate is their kindness, honesty and professionalism. Shout out to Cameron who made me feel so comfortable in my panic and Jon who explained the repairs needed so thoroughly.”
