“One of the best fab shops in Dallas/Fort Worth! Such a humble workforce that knows their craft through and through. Brought a trailer to them that came with my boat. Notice I said “came with” my boat, it wasn’t designed for my boat. Hauled it in to Mike and Clint with the boat loaded as I received it. We immediately identified that the trailer was never intended for the boat that was on it as the bow post was 8-10” too high as well as the bunk boards. Boat was absolutely a bear to haul as it felt like a gorilla strapped to a bar stool. Top heavy, awkward, and incredibly difficult to load. Clint reassured me that it was something they could handle quite easily but there was a lot of work to be done. Mike spent 15 minutes reviewing the project and came up with a game plan. I received my boat/trailer back today and it feels like a brand new rig. Boat sits level and nestled in on the trailer and the boat is supported by extra long bunks to carry the load across the entire trailer. Night and day difference! These guys are top notch and I can’t believe how much work they had and how efficient their shop was. Took about a week to “reset” the entire trailer but well worth it! These guys are definitely specialists when it comes to trailers and I couldn’t be happier with their work! Thank you so much to the Roadmaster team for helping us make our new investment right!”

Carters auto repair are few and far between. there is not many high quality and honest repair men anymore left out there. I have been all shops in Nassau County and they all want to pick and choose the easy repair work and say it will be 2 to 4 weeks for repairs because they don't want to do the work or give a outlandish Price $$$$$. “I’ve bought replacement motors for 2 Focus STs (bought escape motors as they’re identical) and they both work. Bought a replacement motor for my 2006 Silverado, but this time it has the harnesses chopped up a lot worse, someone took a saw through the intake (weird as it was rear ended), and generally it was just a bad pull. You can tell someone compassionate for saving motors pulled the escape motors while the last motor I purchased was pulled by someone careless. Picking up my 4th motor from this location for s 1.5 Ford Fusion today. The location itself has amazing customer service. I just wish LKQ online had a will-call option so I didn’t have to call and have them do will-call instead of shipping - annoying for 2022.”

“It’s not often in today’s environment that you call a business and they go that extra mile. I called FSC looking for a interior dome light fuse for my 2001 ML 430. The gentleman answering the phone informed me that they do not sell parts to the public but come on in and they would give me one. I drove to their location in Dana Point and indeed they provided me with the 10amp fuse as well as one of their mechanics put it in and made sure everything worked.
