“I was able to make a same day service appointment and take my car in within an hour. It was easy to get my car in and the service advisor was friendly, straightforward, thorough, and helpful. It was about 1.5 hour wait, which I wasn't aware of until I handed my keys over. I was prepared to wait anyway and they have a decent waiting area with free water, vending machines, a small cafe, several TVs, comfortable seating, and even a children's waiting area with cartoons playing! That was my favorite area as it was quiet and easy to keep track of my son who came with me to the appointment. Bathrooms were clean and smelled nice. Staff was friendly and there was plenty to browse in their merchandise department. I was updated on service by text and able to approve any changes by phone. I was also able to track the progress via the link sent by text message. When my car was done, my service advisor came and found me and walked me to the cashier. I paid and the cashier directed me on where to get my keys. An overall pleasant experience, even with a 90 minute wait time. Photo is of one the chairs in the waiting area :)”

“Only 4 stars because of the time it took to get the car back, but the work is a 5/5. The car was dropped off January 24th and was able to pick it up March 28th, mainly due to issue not trying to pay for OEM parts. Was cut off on the highway and had to get the whole driver side replaced and painted and they did a excellent job. Worked with Filippo who made sure to answer any questions I had, their was a small gap between the bumper and hood when I picked it. But went back and was promptly fixed. They also resprayed and polished about 80% off the car to make sure the color match was on point great job.”

“OTR driver here who had a breakdown just south of San Antonio TX while loaded up heading to Nevada. I was able to drive to the shop at roughly 830pm. About midnight, I was up running again. However, shortly after I left the facility, the problem still persisted so I went directly back to the shop. The tech maintenance guys continued to work on my truck until 3am when I was finally back up and running and on my way to Nevada. It's not that their mechanics are head and shoulders above anywhere else I've bee, but the fact they worked diligently through the night to get me back on the road before the sun was up. Exceptional company. Very satisfied”
