“So I had to take a minute to write this review because I was very very pleased with the costumer service Matt and Lauren gave me. They were so kind so professional. I wana start by saying at first I was so skeptical because I never trust anyone with my car it’s hard to find somewhere, where you feel they will take good care of your car. I had gotten into a car accident and my car was so damaged the side door and back had to be fixed I was hit on i5 and could of been terribly hurt but by gods Grace I wasn’t, however my car was very damaged my insurance sent my car to this place and let me say I’m so glad they did. It did take a month to get the part and fixed.. and when I got it back something else was wrong but let me tell you when I say Matt was so amazing he truly was he took my car back that Monday and got me a rental and got me to my rental. Having 7 kids and a busy schedule and just chaos all the time he was so kind made everything so easy! He truly loves what he does he’s so professional and so understanding and very good at his job! I would recommend anyone here and if you have any issues Matt will take care of you! Lauren upfront was so sweet and just so quick with paperwork and having everything ready! My car looks great shiny and waxed as well. Thank you auto expressions because of you Matt and Lauren and whoever fixed my car in the back, made my experience better and I’m so thankful for your hard work.
