The staff is excellent and always working hard to provide the best experience they can. You can schedule test drives, pickup a new delivery, order a vehicle, or get service all in one place. I wouldn’t let the one star reviews alter your opinion on getting a Tesla in Michigan. As long as you do your research and you don’t mind the drive you’ll be fine.
