“If you haven't done business with John in a while, you might want to give him a try again. I purchased a brake booster from DAP a few years ago and it recently failed. I boxed it up, sent it back to John, and a few days later a warranty replacement showed up at my house. Whatever John is doing now, he is getting stuff out the door quicker than he has in the past. I purchased a set of rebuilt calipers from John last year as well. They shipped fast as well. I recommend communicating with John by email. He has a lot going on and email seems to be the easiest way to keep in touch. Thanks for taking care of that brake booster for me!”

“I called Harley's service dept. for a quote on a handlebar swap. I was stunned! So I decided to call Bill at Mayhem (having heard a couple of good things through friends) and I'm glad I did! He was upfront and honest about the cost and overall their team was super easy to work with. I don't trust the dealership as far as I can spit, but Mayhem? Quality work and integrity. The buckhorn bar swap on my bike looks amazing and they performed a clean detailed installation that came in right about what he quoted me. They even found 2 electrical short issues and repaired them that the dealer did on prior work! Unless its warranty work, skip the dealer and visit Mayhem. You will not be sorry!”

Before I took ownership of the truck there was a problem with the spray-in bed liner. They quickly resolved this issue. Then as I was looking over the truck I noticed that the paint was peeling on the grill. Jay assured me it would be taken care of. The next day I found bed liner overspray on the cab and bedside. I brought this to their attention and again they said it will be made right. I am still waiting on step assists and all-weather floor mats. When these come in I will schedule all the work that needs done. I think it is a beautiful truck and can’t wait to have all the issues resolved.
