“The people here were incredibly kind. I got a screw stuck in my tire and was with a 2 year old in 95 degree weather. Every place i called to patch my tire not only wanted to charge me a small fortune, but also was not available for hours to fix it even with a child. J&J dies not fix tires however they did it anyway. Had me come right away because i was with a 2 year old, played with her, fixed my tire, and only charged me 10$! Also absolutely refused to accept a tip from me. They were generous, and definitely restored my faith in humans.”

“This is a wonderful shop and it’s my choice for when I need tire service. However, they have strict guidelines that they follow and I understand they are for liability and the safety of the customer but my tires were on the cusp of 10 years (great storage, 4 months of use, no signs of aging) and they wouldn’t put them on. I went else where and had my wheels and tires on within 30 minutes. While I understood their side, it kind of sucked. But otherwise just don’t go if you have 10 year old tires. ONE thing to note is that they went ahead and got me the quote and shipping time for the new tires I would’ve needed had i decided to get rid of the old ones. Overall great service and love this place. It’s a shame I won’t be able to go until I do get the new tires. See you in a few years KD Discount. 😁”

“I usually have a pretty solid experience while I'm here. I have come here for several of my car needs. The only issue I've had is that they can't seem to adjust a headlight. I had my headlights replaced some time ago, and they just weren't right after that. I brought it back twice to have it looked at, and they charged me and told me my housing needed to be replaced. I borrowed some tools from a friend and spent about 4 minutes looking it up and about 15 minutes messing with it. Only to find they never put the bulbs in all the way. There was a good gap between the bulb and the housing... beyond that great customer service and would still recommend them for other needs.”
