When the mechanic looked at my car, he called me to let me know the transmission was shot and it was covered by the warranty and I should have it towed to the dealership. He didn't charge me anything for his time!! I insisted on paying him something, but he declined payment. I am blown away by the integrity of this facility!!!”

They do not keep parts in stock they have to order parts, so it does take a little time, but they do the most they can at hand. “Yesterday was my second time using Bob’s Trailer Repair. I have a 12’ single axle enclosed trailer and will only trust Bob to work on it. I was suspicious of how my axle bearings were wearing. Bob looked it over and said I got it in just in time. He is honest, fair and trustworthy. He told me exactly what was wrong and only fixed what was wrong. His pricing is fair and affordable. Plus, he got me in right away and it was ready to be picked up the next day. I can trust him enough to leave my livelihood with him. He won’t leave my trailer outside overnight.
