“Originally called Haddad for a system code that would prevent emissions inspection passing successfully. I'd had previous repairs to oxygen sensors, but the problem and dash lights returned after driving for a week. Mike invited me out to their shop that same day or the next to look it over. Upon arrival at the shop, Mike immediately had my truck on the lift, identified the problem (catalytic converter) and began working -- I didn't even park?!? Within an hour, I was driving away. I'm still astonished by the quality of speed of installation and delivery. Quick diagnosis, parts in stock, fair pricing, excellent repair, insanely fast and wonderful customer service, fully resolved the issue. As their website mentions, it is NOT the "discount muffler" shop facing Buford Hwy, but further back in the same building. If you have any exhaust needs and are discouraged by repair shop quotes, see a specialist to do the job right the first time and for a reasonable cost. The folks were very helpful. I had photos of what I needed. They had everything but the air conditioner cover. They told me my specific one was very difficult to come by. Even driving an hour, buying gas, and treats, I was still ahead money-wise than if I had purchased the items from Amazon. I highly recommend ICKES RV Surplus Supply. “I found myself passing through Ellicottville on a tire that was rapidly losing air (as a result of driving over a huge threaded nail). I was mildly panicked thinking about how I’d make it the 90 miles home on a Friday night when I was directed by a nice man who I met in a parking lot to try to make it up the road to EVL. I called at a few minutes after 5 (when I knew they’d likely be closing) and was told to stop in and they’d look to see if they could fix it. 20 minutes later I had a fixed flat and was able to make it home after a long week and a lot of driving on unfamiliar roads through unfamiliar towns. I couldn’t thank them enough for staying late to help a stranger driving through. I appreciated their service and kindness more than they’ll ever know. It reminded me there are good people willing to help when you need them most.”
