Prior to taking my Wrangler to Hillview, I had it at another dealer 3 times for the same problem and they couldn't fix it. Within minutes of taking my Jeep to Hillview, Matt located a service bulletin that matched the symptoms I had been experiencing. Literally, it only took him a couple of minutes to find the service bulletin. The previous dealer told me they couldn't find any bulletins related to my problem.
