“I had a flat tire driving back to NW Kansas from Wichita. The tire needed to be patched but no tire shop in Newton or McPherson could repair the tire that day. One shop in Newton looked at the tire and declared that it couldn't be fixed. Then I stopped at Cole Street Service and they had it patched up in 10 minutes and we were back on the road. The fee to repair the tire was extremely reasonable. They also sell Sprayway glass cleaner (the best on the market) for the best price I have found anywhere. When I need tires next time I'm going to Cole Street even though it's an hour or so from my location.”

The shades and percentages of tinting isn’t something I fancy to know but he was kind enough to discuss those specifics with my hubby over the phone. FYI-His office is relatively small (matches his prices as he had a lot less to maintain in that space) AND wait for it....he has FREE WIFI!!!!, so my son was able to watch his “Choo choo Train” shows while we waited! Timeliness= The time to complete the task is exactly as he said over the phone so I’ll definitely recommend his services. Pros= All of the above lol! I’m a repeat consumer and he’s been in that location for almost a decade if not more so he’s well experienced. Cons= I wish I had more vehicles to tint! Lol”

“I read elsewhere about excellent customer service interstate provides and was not let down when the time came that I needed them. My battery died, I had no receipt, battery was just over two years old. They were able to look up the battery by codes on the battery and seeing how it was out of the full replacement window they offered me a replacement pro rated. ($70 for a $160 battery) However they told me not to buy a replacement and that they would fix my current one for free. ALSO, if i did buy a replacement they told me they would honor the same pro rated price and allow me to buy it months later being how I did not need the new battery until summertime.”
