“I asked them to build me a transmission that I would not have to worry about with the weight I pull and my current hp. I also wanted some growing room for future hp upgrades. They put a build list together and It pulls like a dream! Crisp shifts, no slip or flare. After picking up the truck and driving it a day or so the the torque converter started making a chattering sound. I took it back to them and they agreed that it did not sound right. They warranteed the convertor and replaced it no questions asked. Now the truck is perfect. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone of my friends.”

“Ater researching several reviews seeking an Auto Body Repair Shop I decided to try out this body shop for my recent hit and run auto accident. There were repairs required and completed such as replacing the bumper, a dent on the hatch door, painting, the right rear tail light and then extensive electrical diagnostic testing. The reviews mentioned Daniel and he was also my contact person. *UPDATED REVIEW* In the beginning communication and understanding were very good with the shop. But after several days had gone by trying to make contact with Daniel was becoming a struggle to get a response. Upon completion of work that was done to my car, as I was exiting the premises my car shut off. I tried to contact Daniel but didn't get a response, I didn't know he was in the paint room he couldn't hear me. Because the car did malfunction after the Body Repair Shop had completed the work my insurance company said to return it back to the shop and have them run Diagnostics to see if it was accident-related. I must say Daniel and his team went ABVOVE AND BEYOND and worked two days solid ran every diagnostic test on my vehicle to make a determination what exactly was causing the problem for my car to shut off!! He remained in contact with me throughout each day and until at time a determination had been made. So again I WILL SAY, I will definitely change rating from 4 stars to a rating of 5 stars!!! Should I ever need any type of Auto body repair or mechanical work to my vehicle again, I will return to this shop Collision Repair Center of Norfolk but I hope I don't have to though. AND On another positive note: when Daniel spoke to my Insurance company he advised them that the incident was indeed a hit and run accident saving me hundreds of dollars on my deductible That's What I Call going above and beyond and making sure that your insurance company knows what they're doing!!”
