“Me ,my wife and babies were on 94 heading back home to traverse city mi and our alternator started to go. Luckily we rolled into a business parking lot. I walked in to ask the owner if I could leave my car overnight and come fix when I got new alternator. He said no problem and asked where did I order my alternator from . I said they couldn't get it until the next morning. He made a call and got me the part ordered and offered to put it on for a nominal fee. He let my family sit in office until the job was done. One hour later my car was up and running again. The owner is a great man and I think that's the kind of service that Madco offers anyone who walks in with repair needs. Thanks again Madco for everything. I'm sorry I forgot the owner's name but he looks like Denzel Washington.”

It took 5 days from set up to clean up Bill and his crew was able to strip the bottom of a 46’ x 15’ wide full keel sailboat. Bill stayed within his quote range and exceeded my high expectations on all levels concerning performance and keeping us on our schedule.
