Adam, the towel truck driver was incredibly kind, pleasant, and very professional! He got my Jeep on the tow truck safely the whole time talking to me about what he was doing. After just over a day they called me with a diagnosis, with potential other issues if that wasn't the cause. I authorized the work, and I got a call a few hours later that that was the problem, the Jeep is now running, they took it for a test drive to make sure it was running well! “I took Jacob my 4.6 4v engine block and heads. I spun a rod bearing in my cobra. Jacob and Bailey helped me source the parts I needed and made sure I got the best deal possible. It took some time to get all the parts in due to the pandemic. Jacob completely reworked my heads and did an amazing job on the machine work. Jacob also assembled the short block and after all assembly was finished I noticed the wrong crankshaft had been sent from Manley. I called Jacob and he immediately took ownership of the problem and sourced a new crank and paid for it out of pocket. You can tell that Jacob has a passion for engines and his customers.
