It turned out to be glue from duct tape that looked like a big scratch. He rubbed a chemical on the area and it looked like new in 5 minutes! He did not charge me for this service. “I got a trailer hitch added to my Rogue this fall, and Kirby’s quoted a price and let me know my options regarding the timeline for getting it done. I got a quote elsewhere, and the price was similar. I went with Kirby’s because the reviews were better, and I like small businesses. When I actually had the hitch installed, they alerted me to another possible issue as a courtesy but did not pressure me into buying anything or even getting the work done with them. And then, when I went to pay, they told me to make the check for $100 LESS than they’d quoted me! They said the wiring went faster than anticipated and so the install was not as expensive. They could have easily stuck to the quoted price and made an extra hundred bucks, but instead they were upfront and honest. Very refreshing! I’m pleased with the work and used the hitch to haul a trailer from CO to TN with no issues. I’d recommend them to anyone needing hitch installation for sure!”

We were meet by Butch the owner, we told him we are looking for a v nose snowmobile trailer 14 or 16 foot. He didn't have any on hand but possibly getting some in about a month. He did show us what he had on the lot. We ended up with a hybrid model had some hail damage but that didn't matter to us.
