“I came to Suncoast as I needed a tire replaced and it was the closest tire shop to my house. I had 1 tire that needed to replaced and I already had the other tire to replace it. I called Thursday and they were able to work me in Friday morning. They made sure the other tire I had was safe to put on my car as I wasn’t sure if the rim was bent or not. They updated me throughout the whole process and got my tire switched out in under 15 minutes. It was the easiest experience I’ve ever had at a “car maintenance” business and for the first time ever, this shop wasn’t trying to take advantage of me/trying to get me to buy unnecessary things. Instead, when I went to go checkout, they told me I don’t owe them anything and to have a good day. The owner is incredibly nice and it’s clear he cares for his customers. This place is amazing!”

I called him yesterday around 4pm and asked him about a chip on my windshield and he met me at the place I was getting my windows tinted the next morning at 8am to take a look at my windshield and ensure it was okay to have work done to it. He didn’t charge me for taking a look at my windshield and even came to me. That speaks wonders. “These guys are AMAZING. I purchased a used Audi RS7 with APR tuning from a local dealer. The car had a check engine light on before I purchased it and the dealer refused to address. I found out Futrell did the original tune and called them, talked through the CEL and the vehicle history with Futrell. Once purchased I took it straight to Dean. They helped diagnose the CEL, fixed it and looked over the car in detail for any potential future maintenance concerns. They even helped me find the company that performed the audio system upgrades. The level of detail Futrell has is impeccable, especially on such complex, high performance vehicles. I've owned several German cars over the past 20 years. “Jesse and his team did a great job doing a full repaint of my 1989 Chinook RV. This wasn’t just a repaint. They installed new hatches, They installed a new door. There were a number of old doodads and mounts that they removed and cleaned up (who needs an old RF antenna any more?). New rubber trim was added. All the linework is painted on, matching the original colors. When the job was done there was an area with some overspray and the color did not match, and a couple holes that weren’t filled in. I mentioned it and they fixed the issue right away. This was a big job, and they were able to get it done in about six weeks. Jesse was very easy to work with, and listened to what I had to say. He answered all my questions. Recommended.”

“Our 2002 Excursion w/ 7.3L broke down on our way back to Virginia from a Breckenridge and I can only say we were very fortunate to break down near Lucky's. I called a couple other local shops to find out when we could be worked in and they said 4-6 weeks. The guys at Lucky's jumped on it immediately, even though they were short handed, to try to get us back on the road. We ended up having to fly home as parts were ordered, but they allowed us to use their lobby to entertain our kids and re-pack our luggage to take home what we needed. They even gave us a ride to pick up a rental car. It was an extremely stressful situation and they did more than what would be expected to help us get home safe. After the truck was fixed, I flew back and drove it home to Virginia without further issue. I wish I could afford to have my truck shipped to them every time it needed repair or upgrade.”
