Always answer all of my questions and never seem bothered no matter how many questions I have. The most recent time they repaired my vehicle I had several things for them to address one of which required them to figure out the issue and I could not be happier. They did ALOT of work on my vehicle and finished it in a day dropped it off late one morning and picked it up first thing the next day. The prices are reasonable and the service is great! “Great work! Called around to find someone to fix my 1985 pop up Coleman, the springs underneath broke. Called and set up an appointment a week out. Dropped my trailer, paid the deposit, and got t back a few weeks later! Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable and actually replaced my springs with higher capacity than they were. The deposit you pay goes towards labor, so you’d be paying that anyway. With how the supply chain issues are right now, I’m not surprised it took a few weeks to get the parts in and ordered. Thanks again for a great job! It sits higher than before, which is great for off road camping.”

“Box performance review: I called about 10 shops, left messages, some called back some did not. Box performance thankfully answered the phone on the first call! I talked with a woman about a problem with my 1969 mustang not running right. She said I could bring it in and gave me a date weather permitting (so I didn’t have to bring it on a rainy day). But I showed up at the shop 3 days early to see if the shop was right for my car. After the visit I knew it was the right place! Brought the car there on Monday, they’d said they would look at it the next day. They called and said it was fixed but it could use a carburetor. So they rebuilt the carb the next day. He has never overlooked anything and has always fixed what needed to be fixed. Since he has started doing paint and body, that has come in handy for me. “My cars suspension was rattling around and I called and asked for an appointment for the next day, the gentleman I talked to was very kind and informative. Later on in the day I called again and asked if I could just drop it off today, so that they could get a head start on the work and the woman I spoke with was on board with the idea. I dropped my car off at 2 pm and by 5 pm I was given a call to inform me my car was ready for pick up! The crew is very knowledgeable, hard working, and exceeded my expectations. Tenfold. Not to mention the cost of the repair was significantly less than what I expected to pay based on the research I conducted before even calling the shop. 2 thumbs up. 10/10. 5 stars.”

“These is the best auto service. It's my community and I love taking my car here! My mother traveled from Ohio to visit me here and we had no idea what the noise was coming from her car. They took a look at it was going to replace the part. When he notice it wasn't the right problem. He called us and told us there was a towel stuck in her car where someone purposely put it in there to damage her car. Anyway, No charge other than the one for them to look at it. Of course my mom left a tip.”
