My mechanic didn't seem so confident, so I brought my truck to AL & Lee's for a third opinion. They took a look and figured out pretty quickly and confidently a repair. Set up a day to bring her back, and they had it done that day! This is probably the only shop I've ever felt like I was being talked to honestly and without making me feel like I wasn't smart enough to take care of my vehicle. They took their time to give me honest answers, a confident solution, and at a price that was fair. The front desk girl was great, too! I've already been passing out their cards to family. It's gonna be a sad day when these guys retire!”

“Great shop took my 2018 stingray corvette in after being wrecked and broken into and glad I did got my baby back after 2 1/2 months of GEICO poor customer service but father and sons was able to get them to fix both car and window that was broken into and they worked with me on the deductible And when I say this is a small business ran by Good people it’s not overstated he didn’t care that it was a corvette and try to over charge the owner treated me with class understanding I was already in difficult situation and had been paying 900 dollar car note for 2 months with no car they gave me a more than 50% deductible discount and I’m a black man no one gives me anything so you can imagine my shock and Gratitude because the deductible was $750 I won’t say exactly how much but I will say these are Great people who do Great work and will work with you and for you you won’t be disappointed”

They squeezed us in right away and we’re genuinely concerned about us spending a night in the cold. Our heater couldn’t be fixed unfortunately due to an unavailable part (27 year old camper). David offered us multiple different options to stay warm considering this, he even tried to find us an old heater of his he was willing to give to us for free. We weren’t charged for the diagnosis or time and labour. 10/10 amazing family run business.”

Mrs. Williams was awesome she helped me diagnose the issue that I was having with my car which was basically I needed for new tires. She found new tires gave me a good price and even offered me lunch on her just to help me soothe the weight for having my tires installed, she didn’t quoted me about an hour and a half. “Absolutely top notch shop and honest guys. I had some major issues with the rear diff on my 74 F250. I took the whole truck to them and they got it all straightened out. I can't remember when this truck drove so smoothly and quietly. I'm also working on a military vehicle and had a mystery sound coming from the front differential along with gear oil running up and out of the vent tube. This vehicle uses the Ford 8.8 and has the Eaton Detroit Truetrac limited slip internals. It turns out that my mystery sound was not caused by anything the differential so the search goes on. I'm glad that I had them check it out either way. I found this shop probably the same way that most of you are; here on Google. I absolutely detest having to take my vehicles to the shop because I've been burnt a few times doing so. However, messing with the differential is just something I'm not willing to do. I'm really glad that I found hoopers, even though they are well out of my way and I have lots of shops much closer to me. Believe me, like other reviewers have said, a good shop is worth the drive and this is a good shop. Lastly, no matter how good a business you run, you will always have to deal with people that you simply will never make happy. If you've ever worked in customer service you'll know this. Some people just live to complain and make other people as miserable as they are. Trust the overwhelming number of excellent reviews that Hoopers has and take the others with a grain of salt.”
